I really can’t quite believe I am already 4 weeks into this training plan. 4 weeks, of which, I have only bailed on one run so far (GO ME!).
I've been trying out some "new stuff" this week. A new running club, a new route to run mid-week, and also a 10k race that I'd not run before. Happy reading.

Bonjour, Ciao, Welcome. This is the somewhat “selfish” area of the blog which I’d like to use simply to keep a record of my runs
