The past 2 weeks have been pretty flipping busy for me socially, so I'm actually really pleased with what I've managed to squeeze into the schedule and stick to the Amsterdam Marathon training plan as much as possible.
Another two warm weeks of running have been and gone and I am well into this Amsterdam marathon training!

I really can’t quite believe I am already 4 weeks into this training plan. 4 weeks, of which, I have only bailed on one run so far (GO ME!).
I've been trying out some "new stuff" this week. A new running club, a new route to run mid-week, and also a 10k race that I'd not run before. Happy reading.
