LONDON RUNNING AND MENTAL HEALTH
I’ve been doing more running over the past fortnight than I managed in my last written account. It’s been feeling good… I’ve been wanting more.
In order to live/work/breathe/move as the very best me I need to give up all of the things that distract me from being the very best me. So here is what I am giving up.
To achieve “all the things”, you quite simply just have to crack on and just DO “all the things”
