Run Talk Run is a Rethink Mental Illness Support group. Essentially, a physical & virtual running community committed to supporting each other and being open about mental health.
Every TUESDAY evening, meeting at The Gym Waterloo (SE1 8UX) anytime from 6PM, ready to run at 6.30PM. It is a 5km loop.
Every THURSDAY evening, meeting at The Bridge Gym Cafe (SE1 0NQ) anytime from 6PM, ready to run at 6.30PM. It is a 5km loop westbound and back.
If you’d like to be a part of the Run Talk Run community, we’d love to have you!
You do not have to be an experienced runner. You do not have to suffer with your mental health. You do not have to be London-based and able to attend the weekly runs.
All that is required is that you are a friendly, supportive human who believes in breaking down the stigma and supporting each other. Simple.
